Founded in 2025, Sun & Shade began with a couple who have very different relationships with the beach.

Hunter is like a fish in water, happiest under the sun and in the surf, while Hailey has spent years cautiously avoiding it after skin cancer scares. Hunter loves the beach during the day, while Hailey’s favorite time is sunset, when the sun is low and the light is soft. Together, this balance shaped our mission: bringing comfort, protection, and ease to every beach day.

We offer packages for both daytime beachgoers and sunset lovers.
