The day before you will receive a reservation confirmation email that includes beach access details. The day of we’ll send you a text with the exact location once everything is ready, so you can walk right up and relax.
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to switch your beach location.

Just gather your personal belongings, and we’ll take care of the rest. You do not need to wait for a team member before departing, just please send us a quick text at (586) 610-9463 to let us know you’re leaving.

All equipment (tents, cabanas, chairs, towels, games, etc.) is owned by Sun & Shade, and must be returned at the end of your rental.
If you love something let us know! In some cases, we can arrange a purchase.

Absolutely, enjoy your beach day however you want! Please note, that you are responsible for the equipment during your rental period. If anything is lost, stolen, or broken while unattended, the replacement cost will be charged to the card on file.
Sun & Shade is also not responsible for any personal belongings brought with you.

All our Beachfront Bliss packages include a cooler with ice and water, other non-alcoholic drinks can be speciality requested. Food service is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Please be aware of the beach’s drinking laws.

No, parking is not included with your package. Guests are responsible for securing their own parking at the beach or nearby lots. We recommend arriving early on weekends and holidays, as parking can fill up quickly.
Sun & Shade cannot guarantee the availability of parking and cannot provide refunds based upon lack of parking.

Payment is required in full at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. This ensures your date and setup are secured.
