Weather Policy

We know Florida weather can be unpredictable! If we see inclement weather on the radar, we will check in with you as soon as possible to determine which option you’d like to proceed with

OPTIONS

  • Cancel

    Contact us directly at least 3 hours before start time to receive full refund

  • Reschedule

    We will coordinate with you to move your booking to another date/time

  • Continue

    We will keep your booking as planned and hope the weather passes by

If you choose to continue with your booking, to ensure the safety of all guests and staff, please note Sun & Shade reserves the right to the following:

  • Delay reservation start time to allow weather to pass

  • End reservation early if thunderstorms or lightning are approaching

  • Move reservation to another beach location to avoid weather

  • Reschedule reservation for another day

  • Cancel reservation before set up with a full refund

    Once set up has begun, we will not be able to provide a refund

WIND POLICY

If wind gusts are 15+ MPH, we will not be able to set up the Neso tent and will provide you with a 25% refund
