Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change!

Up to 24 hours before booking start time, reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund.

Within the 24 hour window, bookings are non-refundable.

Please note: If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours and then later cancel the new time, the booking remains non-refundable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit it due at the time of booking, with remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made within the 7 day period are non-refundable.
